Sales of ready (completed) apartments in Dubai reached AED 5.28 billion ($1.44 billion) in October, up 25.7% from September. This is the highest monthly figure since February 2026, Arabian Business reports, citing data from the emirate’s Land Department.
During the month, Dubai registered 2,988 ready-apartment transactions, 22.6% more than in September, when 2,437 deals worth about AED 4.2 billion ($1.14 billion) were completed. By both value and number of sales, October ranked third among the first ten months of the year, behind only February and January.
Ready apartments accounted for 36.9% of the total value of residential property transactions and 34.3% of all apartment deals, including both ready and off-plan units.
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) led by number of transactions, with 384 apartments sold for AED 364.8 million ($99.3 million). Among the five most active areas, Business Bay generated the highest revenue: 237 deals worth AED 448.6 million ($122.1 million).
The top five also included Liwan (187 deals worth AED 192 million), International City Phase 1 (129 deals worth AED 58.2 million) and Dubai Marina (123 deals worth AED 338.6 million).
In the luxury segment, 44 ready apartments priced at AED 10 million ($2.72 million) or more each were sold in October, for a combined AED 700 million ($190.6 million). Almost half of that came from Palm Jumeirah, where 18 deals totaled AED 343.9 million ($93.6 million). Palm Jumeirah was also the site of the month’s two most expensive sales, at AED 55 million and AED 53.7 million (nearly $15 million and $14.6 million).
